FAQs
What’s the RSVP deadline?
March 31st, at the very latest so we can include it in our reception headcount.
What will the weather be like?
Weather.com says anywhere between 70-85℉ with a low of ~64℉. As with most tropical-ish places, there’s always a chance of rain so it can’t hurt to bring a rain jacket or umbrella, just in case!
Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Ceremony will be outdoors on the sand right in front of Runaway Island. Reception will be mainly indoors, with an optional-to-you outdoor terrace, also at Runaway Island.
dress code?
The vibe is Amalfi Coast, fresh citrus, salted butter, waking up to the crash of ocean waves, the third day of a week-long vacation (carefree), a perfectly whole iridescent seashell scored along the shore, that good nap after a day at the beach, sea-blown wind against your face and warm sand under foot, hot cheeks against the bonfire residual, tequila shots, chilled prosecco, family-college-high-school-reunion-all-in-one — basically one big ordained get-together with a wedding in the mix!
We think this is best represented by spring and summer hues — so bring your sundress, linen, light fabrics, and, mostly, beachy colors! The official colors of the weekend are dusty blue, tangerine, peach, apricot, and butter yellow, but as long as you’re wearing color, you’re good.
Please, no grey or black.
For the ceremony, we encourage you to wear comfortable shoes or go barefoot as we will be in the sand. The venue will provide an area to kick off your shoes in addition to an area to clean your feet off once we’ve wrapped on the beach.
Where should I stay and for how long?
Homebase is the Embassy Suites by Hilton - Panama City Beach Resort! We’ll be there Saturday to Tuesday. Official activities kick off Sunday evening, but if you want to come earlier, you won’t regret it.
Can we bring anything?
Sunscreen, minimum 30 SPF. Because we love you. You can expect there to be ample beach and/or exploration time outside of wedding festivities, so bring a swimsuit if that’s your jam, or comfortable shoes to explore PCB’s Pier Park — which is only a few minutes walk from the hotel.
